3.2 Kindly provide appointment letter of all full-time teachers. Kindly Exclude Librarian, physical education director if, B.Lib.Sc., M.Lib.Sc., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., etc., are not offered. Note: A teacher employed for teaching for at least 90 per cent of the normal or statutory number of hours of work for a full-time teacher over a complete academic year is classified as a full-time teacher. 4.1 HEI is requested to Kindly note that Audited Statement of income and expenditure should be in the name of applicant HEI only, but not in the name of the Trust / Society.  View File
4.2 Kindly Must provide Year-wise Audited Income and Expenditure statement and HIGHLIGHT the expenditure, excluding salary for infrastructure augmentation during last five years, duly SEALED and SIGNED by the Head of the Institute and C.A both. View File
4.3 Kindly provide a CA certificate for Expenditure for infrastructure augmentation, excluding salary year- wise during last five years (INR in lakhs) duly SIGNED and SEALED by the Head of the Institute and C.A. both. View File
4.4 Also Expenditure excluding salary year-wise should not be less than the addition of Expenditure for infrastructure augmentation, excluding salary and Expenditure incurred on maintenance of infrastructure (physical facilities and academic support facilities) excluding salary components.so please check and provide accordingly. 4.5 Kindly note that the calculation of this metrics is To be calculated excluding salary component, depreciation and excess of income over expenditure from the total expenditure given in audited statements only apart from these all other expense are to be considered. Note: a. Claims made without Audited Income Expenditure statements will not to be considered. b.
