The Women Hostel of Joya Gogoi College was established in the year 2012 with UGC grant under 11th plan. The hostel is situated within the walking distance from the main campus. The Hostel Management Committee of Joya Gogoi College was constructed to monitor and maintain the Girls Hostel of the college. The main objective of the Committee is to improve student welfare in hostels and guide the students to nurture students to good habits in everyday life and make hostel life the basis for building a healthy campus culture. The Committee is also responsible to advise on matters concerning further development and planning for overall improvement in the existing system.
