Library
The College library is named as Capt. Jintu Gogoi, Vir Chakra Library as a mark of respect to the Kargil Martyr Capt. Jintu Gogoi. The library has been growing in terms of its collection and its readers along with some P.G. students and research scholars of the fringe locatity.
The library has a collection of books which is 14200 in number. There are 21 Journals/ Periodicals including two peer reviewed journals and 6 newspapers. The library provides/issues two books to each students at a time for a period of 15 days. Besides this, there is Book Bank facility to help the economically backward students through with additional two more books are issued to the needy students. The library also provides Newspaper clipping service, Reprographic service, counseling services etc.
Besides the stock of general text books, the library has owned a rich collection of reference books on each subjects. It has owned a good number of back volumes of journals/periodicals subscribed by the library. The library collection also includes books on Performing Arts, Career Guidance, Computer Science, books on women and its related issues, Yearbooks, Atlas, and other different issues of North-East etc.
